Driveway waterblasting
Concrete, exposed aggregate and hardstand areas that have gone green, slippery, stained, or just generally feral. Lift it off, tidy it up.
Driveways, paths, patios and fences cleaned properly by Karl. Clear quote, tidy work, no big-company phone maze.
Local to Papamoa. Built for clean, safe, good-looking outdoor spaces.
One month it's a little green patch. Next minute your path looks like it's trying to become a wetland.
BLST helps Papamoa homeowners clean up the surfaces people actually see and use: driveways, paths, patios and fences.
Starting lean and local. The four outdoor surfaces most Papamoa homes need sorted before anything else.
Concrete, exposed aggregate and hardstand areas that have gone green, slippery, stained, or just generally feral. Lift it off, tidy it up.
Clean up the bits people actually walk on before moss turns them into a budget ice rink. Safer, better-looking walkways around the home.
Make outdoor areas feel usable again, not like the barbecue has been abandoned since 2019. Furniture back out, family back outside.
Lift off grime, weathering, and surface build-up so the boundary looks cared for again, before it makes the whole section look neglected.
Wipe the grime off each one. The before is what Karl walked up to. The after is what he left.

Karl runs BLST out of Papamoa. He turns up, looks at the job properly, and tells you what it actually needs. No upsell theatre, no junior with a checklist, no mysterious "service partner" you have never heard of.
If your driveway looks rough, your patio is hiding under green, or your fence is pretending to be a science experiment, Karl can sort it.

Because you probably don't need a sales team, a quote portal, and three follow-up emails called "your outdoor transformation journey".
You need someone local who can look at the job, tell you what it needs, and clean it properly.
Tell Karl what needs cleaning. A rough description is plenty.
No mystery package. No "from" price that means nothing once real life turns up.
Karl locks in a time that works. Weekends and weekday mornings both fine.
The best bit. Obviously.
BLST is starting local, which is the whole point. Faster quoting, better local knowledge, and less pretending Tauranga traffic is a myth.
Just outside the zone? Ask Karl anyway. If it's a sensible drive, he'll usually sort it.
Karl is starting with the outdoor surfaces most Papamoa homes need sorted first: driveways, paths, patios and fences. The rest is in the pipeline.
Need one of those now? Ask Karl. If it makes sense, he'll tell you. If it doesn't, he won't turn it into a sales hostage situation.
Most jobs land in these ranges. Final number depends on size, condition, and access. No mystery "from" pricing once Karl sees the actual job.
Yes. Karl runs off your outdoor tap by default, but he carries his own tank and connections for jobs where the tap is too far, too low-pressure, or doesn't exist. Just flag it on the quote so he turns up with the right setup.
Usually yes, but Karl checks first. Painted, sealed, or stained concrete can react badly to high pressure if the surface is already tired. He'll adjust the pressure, distance, and tip, or recommend not blasting that section if it'll do more harm than good.
If you're not sure what the surface is, send a photo. Better to over-share than re-do.
A single driveway is usually 1 to 2 hours. Driveway + path + patio in one visit is half a day. A fence is half a day to a full day depending on length and condition. Whole-section jobs run a full day. Karl confirms the time window when he books you in.
Karl needs a working outdoor tap and a power outlet he can plug the waterblaster into. If you have an outdoor power point, you don't have to be home, just leave access open and he'll sort the job and send photos.
If there's no outdoor power point, someone needs to either be home to let him plug into an inside one, or run an extension lead out a window, security door, cat door, or garage door, and leave it switched on at the wall. From there Karl uses his own extension leads to reach the rest of the section. A lot of people set that up before they head off to work.
Small commercial and body corp jobs, yes. Larger fleet contracts and ongoing schedules are a "ask Karl" rather than a "yes, that's the standard service" right now. Send the details and he'll tell you straight whether he's the right fit or not.
Usually within the week, often sooner. Karl quotes same-day for most enquiries and books in 2 to 5 days out depending on weather. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm, 7 days a week, public holidays included at no extra charge. If it's urgent, say so on the form and he'll do what he can.
Send Karl the basics and he'll come back with the next step. Most quotes happen same day.
